With over 15 years of experience in the international BPO and financial services industry, he specializes in helping organizations build efficient offshore operations for debt collection, customer experience, and financial services support across the United States and United Kingdom.

Vijay brings deep expertise in U.S. third-party debt collection operations, compliance-driven customer interactions, and performance-focused contact center management. His experience allows him to design outsourcing models that maintain high service standards while improving operational efficiency.
